1.2 AlphaOne offers curated men’s grooming, wellness, and lifestyle products with fast delivery across Delhi & NCR.
1.3 We aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience from order placement to returns and refunds.
2. Applicability
By placing an order on AlphaOne, you agree to this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1 You can cancel your order:
- Before dispatch → Full refund
- After dispatch → You may refuse delivery or contact support
3.2 Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
3.3 Orders that are part of:
- Combo offers
- Promotional bundles
👉 Must be cancelled as a whole.
4. Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most grooming products are non-returnable unless defective.
4.1 Return Eligibility (Defective Delivery Only)
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Used or tampered product received
- Missing or empty package
- Expired product
4.2 Return Window
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- Requests beyond this window will NOT be accepted
4.3 Return Conditions
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Tags, seals, and labels must be unbroken
4.4 Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used or opened
- Damage caused by misuse
- Packaging is missing or tampered
- Request is made after 48 hours
- Product purchased during special sale (if specified)
4.5 Tampered Delivery

- Opened packages
- Damaged packaging
Acceptance of such orders may void return eligibility.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Once returned products are received and verified:
- Refund initiated within 2–4 business days
- Credited to original payment method
5.2 For Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refund will be processed to your bank account
5.3 Final refund timelines depend on:
- Bank/payment provider processing time
6. Quick Delivery Clause (AlphaOne Advantage ⚡)
- Orders in Delhi & NCR are processed within 6 hours
- Due to fast dispatch, cancellation window may be limited
7. Combo & Free Products
- If a product includes a free item → both must be returned
- Combo products must be returned entirely
