operates the website www.alphaonestores.com (“Platform”).

1.2 AlphaOne facilitates the sale and delivery of men’s grooming, wellness, and lifestyle products (“Products”) to users (“User”, “you”, “your”).

1.3 This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”), read with our Terms & Conditions and other policies, governs delivery and shipping of Products purchased on AlphaOne.

2. Applicability

2.1 By placing an order on AlphaOne, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2.2 AlphaOne reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Logistics Partners

We may partner with third-party logistics providers to deliver Products.
AlphaOne may also deliver orders through its own network.

3.2 Serviceable Locations

  • Currently, AlphaOne delivers only within Delhi & NCR
  • We may expand to other regions in the future

Orders placed outside serviceable areas may be cancelled.

3.3 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on priority basis
  • You may receive tracking details via SMS/email once dispatched

 3.4 Quick Delivery (AlphaOne Express Service)

3.4.1 AlphaOne offers an expedited delivery service for select products, wherein eligible orders may be processed and delivered within an estimated timeline of six (6) hours from the time of order confirmation, subject to availability and serviceable locations within Delhi & NCR.

3.4.2 You acknowledge that the 6-hour delivery timeline is indicative and provided on a best-effort basis only, and shall not be considered a guaranteed commitment.

3.4.3 Delivery timelines may be impacted due to:

  • traffic or logistical constraints
  • weather conditions
  • high order volumes
  • operational or technical disruptions
  • unforeseen circumstances

3.4.4 AlphaOne shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, and no compensation, refund, or claims shall arise solely due to such delays.

3.4.5 AlphaOne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this service at any time.

3.5 Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled

3.6 Delivery Requirements

  • Accurate address and contact details must be provided
  • OTP-based delivery may be used for security

Failure to provide correct details may result in delivery failure, for which AlphaOne is not liable.

3.7 Delays in Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • external logistical issues
  • weather conditions
  • strikes, lockdowns, or disruptions

AlphaOne is not responsible for such delays.

3.8 Conduct of Delivery Personnel

Delivery personnel are third-party representatives.
AlphaOne is not liable for:

  • their behavior
  • delays
  • service deficiencies

3.9 Tracking

  • Orders may include tracking links
  • Tracking accuracy depends on logistics providers

3.10 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Charges may vary based on:
    • order value
    • delivery location
    • service type

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless due to an error attributable to AlphaOne.

3.11 Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of Products transfer to you upon delivery.

4. Failed Delivery & Cancellation

4.1 Orders may be cancelled if:

  • delivery fails after multiple attempts
  • incorrect address is provided
  • area is unserviceable

4.2 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Refund Policy.

5. Returns & Reverse Logistics

Returns are handled as per AlphaOne Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Reverse pickup may be arranged via logistics partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlphaOne shall not be liable for:

  • delays in delivery
  • third-party logistics issues
  • indirect or consequential damages

7. Modification

AlphaOne reserves the right to:

  • update delivery timelines
  • modify shipping policies
  • change service areas
